Lots of interesting projects. Moving into cloud is a big plus and a lot of fun. The company has high, world-wide impact.
Too much corporate big-company stuff has moved into everything. "Developer productivity" is a pain point for engineering.
Pay more attention to engineers, less to program managers and product architects.
