Akamai is one of those companies known for its benefits and employee satisfaction.

Starting from the first day of joining, you will get to know that Akamai is a lot different from other companies.

1. It has the best new hire induction program I have ever seen. The whole program is a total of 4 days, and on the last day, they will take you for an adventurous team outing.
2. Good salary, stock awards, and other monetary benefits.
3. The pantry is fully loaded with breakfast, snacks, and juice items, along with regular tea, coffee, and milk.
4. Everyday different snacks and a fruit bowl are free.
5. Very helpful and intelligent team members and a manager; there are a lot of things to learn from them.
6. Flexible timing, WFH option.
7. You will get a Macbook Pro on the first day of your joining :) I don't know of any other company which gives a Macbook Pro for work.
8. Very niche technology and product to work on.
9. Internal project/department movement is encouraged.
