Work-life balance is great. Communication is usually within authorized apps only. Flexible, controlled working hours.
Information can be difficult to find, which needs a dedicated training team or department.
Too much self-learning is required, as information can be hard to find. The mentor/mentee system is not consistent, as different people teach different things and the way they teach can differ a lot.
Some teams are not willing to share knowledge, which makes it feel like there is competition within the team or department.
Set up a dedicated training team and training courses to continuously upgrade employees.
