- Flexible working time.
- Lots of learning possibilities: learning all the time.
- Salary feels highly inadequate. After researching the local job market, it seems way below median.
Management is international, so they rely on HR for salary range market research. But HR has no incentive to raise the salary range unless attrition rises dramatically. Therefore, having geeks on board (who prioritize security and learning over financial development) may be a factor here.
