Good mix of benefits, flex hours, interesting work, and educated staff
From associates to sales staff, everyone seems to generally be well-versed in content delivery and now cloud security, due in part to the 2-4 months of training (whiteboards) you go through.
Pay is very competitive if you can maintain top performer status, and the culture is very supportive.
Movement within the company has slowed down. With recent layoffs, some groups may have lost some of the startup feel they had years ago.
Some perks, like group lunches and paid attendance at conferences, seem to have gone away to try and appease investors, which can leave employees with a sour taste.
Hire more developers so that new products don't take as long to come to market.
