Sometimes the work is very static and you can't explore. The scope for innovation is minimal.
Their recruitment process is very strange. First, a university recruiter from Cambridge, MA sent me an e-mail asking if I had the skills they required for this position - understanding of networking protocols, experience in JavaScript, PHP, CSS, etc.
First 30 minutes where you meet with someone from the team. Then a combined behavioral and technical interview (live HackerRank) (45 minutes + 45 minutes + 15 minute break in between the interviews).
The first round was with the hiring manager. He was very friendly and asked behavioral questions. Most of the questions were based on work style. After a week, I received a HackerRank assessment which had 3 questions. They weren't exactly LeetCode s
