Process
I was given a coding challenge before any interview.
I completed the coding challenge and got all the test cases correct within the allotted time.
I would assume this would lead to the next step in the process, but instead, I received an email a few days later stating that "the results of my testing did not meet their minimum requirements to move forward in our process."
Completing the 140-minute coding challenge was a waste of time. I would not encourage others to apply if you value your time.
