I applied via LinkedIn and received an email with one HackerRank question. I was given three days to finish it and completed it in one and a half days.
The test had 30 test cases, and all passed except two which were surely incorrect (although hidden).
I was looking forward to an interview discussion to explain the problem and the incorrect test cases, but I received a response stating I failed the test.
Considering the negative reviews on Glassdoor from employees, I believe they might be looking for mediocre people who score average on their tests, as I cannot comprehend any other reason for failing.
