Not Bad but Getting Worse
Not too stressful working pace. Welfare is good. Good salary compared to other companies in Hangzhou, China. At least 17 days PTO per year.
But it's laying off employees all the time. The business is shrinking, so employees are pretending to be busy. It's useful, meaningless, and tiring.
Also, nobody dares to finish work before 9 p.m., leaving little personal time.
Do not come here unless you know you are going to a good BU or BG!
