I was referred to a VP for the position of Solutions Architect.
After three rounds of interviews (which seemed to go well) and one no-show by an interviewer, everyone stopped communicating.
There was no response, even from the recruiter. Very unprofessional behavior.

Cons: Pace can be a bit slow considering it is a bank. There are some politics going on within leadership.
