Solutions Architect
I was referred to a VP for the position of Solutions Architect. After three rounds of interviews (which seemed to go well) and one no-show by an interviewer, everyone stopped communicating. There was no response, even from the recruiter. Very unpro
Software Engineer Intern
It was a very casual on-site interview (they don't usually do on-site, but I got it from a job fair). It felt more like getting to know your vibe than technical, though you don't want to lie on your resume.
SWE Intern
It was pretty chill. They asked very basic questions about my resume and what I was doing in my projects. That's about it. It lasted like 20-30 minutes. You can also have multiple interviews, so it's dependent on your manager (your interviewer).
