"Work-life balance and flexible hours."
"Great benefits and supportive leadership."
"Opportunity to work on new technologies."
Some processes need improvement.
Applied through a staffing agency, there was only one round of interview which lasted for 30 minutes. The interview went well, and the recruiter mentioned that the manager liked the candidate very much. However, I haven't heard from them for 4 weeks,
It was a very casual on-site interview (they don't usually do on-site, but I got it from a job fair). It felt more like getting to know your vibe than technical, though you don't want to lie on your resume.
It was pretty chill. They asked very basic questions about my resume and what I was doing in my projects. That's about it. It lasted like 20-30 minutes. You can also have multiple interviews, so it's dependent on your manager (your interviewer).
