You will be blocked from using powerful tools because they can be destructive too.
Arbitrary constraints and roadblocks have accumulated everywhere.
Have low expectations for the quality of work you'll be allowed to do.
Culture is a sterile corporate environment.
I understand that you have constraints from the regulatory environments that you can't control. Trust me, there is a better way to handle that than what you're doing.
