Fun, Growth, Stagnant Careers
They really emphasize culture and a work-life balance, and it seems to be excellent! My time there was fun, informative, and helped me grow as a professional and a person.
Listening to long-time employees, there were frustrations about years of immobility in their roles. In one year's time, mentors and coworkers either had left or were in the same position, with the same concerns about promotions.
I have none for myself.

Software Engineer Intern
It was a very casual on-site interview (they don't usually do on-site, but I got it from a job fair). It felt more like getting to know your vibe than technical, though you don't want to lie on your resume.
SWE Intern
It was pretty chill. They asked very basic questions about my resume and what I was doing in my projects. That's about it. It lasted like 20-30 minutes. You can also have multiple interviews, so it's dependent on your manager (your interviewer).

The interview process took about three weeks. I applied for the role on September 12th and was invited for a self-paced, recorded video interview on September 13th. The following week, I was called for a second interview with the position's Hiring
