Very high salary for comparatively low effort (for me)

Pros: My salary went down after relocating to another country, but it was still very high compared to the average pay for my position and experience in other companies (I think about +40%). The work I was doing was on a front-end mobile app, and I feel like the work was good overall, even became "easy" after a year.

Cons: The build system was quite slow. The on-call standards are a bit tough, adding stress and distractions. The need to work with dozens of different teams in different timezones seriously slowed down development now and then. The product I worked on was not very exciting; I wasn't attached. A lot of company standards/protocols make development harder, including older dependencies and difficulty using third-party FOSS stuff.
