You apply online, and a recruiter will reach out to you via email.

You then take an online test that includes:

• A work simulation (testing your leadership skills)
• A self-evaluation of your technical skills and interests
• A technical exam

This test has three possible outcomes: red, yellow, or green.

If you score red, you are out of the running.

If you score yellow, you will meet with a solutions architect over the phone. They will conduct a technical exam with you to determine if you are a fit to proceed to the final "loop" interview.
