Pros: You get on-the-job training and all the help you might need because everyone wants to see you succeed.
Cons: Some people were too busy that it's hard to get their time, but the leadership principles have a workaround for that.
The review process at the end was a little stricter than I thought, due to the fact that the words you say have a negative impact on your review. So, just be careful with how you word your sentences.
