2. Self-service culture; you find tools for almost everything.
3. Excellent onboarding plan.
4. Objective-based goal settings and performance measures.
5. Excellent people to work with.
6. Mentor program.
7. Good total compensation.
Cons: 1. If you can't prioritize the things on your plate and manage your time effectively, you will feel overwhelmed and exhausted.
2. There is always something to work on. So prioritize and know when to say no.
3. Not-so-exciting employee benefits.
