Recruiter Screening Received a call from HR who performed the initial screening to understand my experience and explained the process clearly. The Recruiter then explained the interview process and what to expect.

1st Phone Screen Round Approximately 24-48 hours later, I received an invitation for a phone screen with a team member. The interview was a mix of technical questions across compute, storage, databases, and networking. There was also one question on leadership principles.

Final Loop (5 rounds) Two days later, I received an invitation for the final loop with a panel. The Recruiter again helped by sharing useful material and tips to prepare for the interview. There were a total of 5 rounds, in which one of the rounds was technical.

All the interviewers were very friendly. They are trying to extract data points from you so that they can advocate for you. Four rounds of interviews were completely based on leadership principles, so you need to prepare many examples. One round was based on technical depth across compute, storage, databases, networking, and security.

Have plenty of examples available in STAR format and practice them.
