Cons: Work will often take more than 8 hours a day to complete. There is a strong possibility that you'll require weekend/off hours to stay productive. You're encouraged to set time aside for professional development, but that is not reflected in the workload you're given, so often times your professional development will come during off hours. Often times it may feel like you're being "thrown to the wolves," but it is important to remember that there are tons of resources (including your managers) that are willing to help if you need it.
