Great company culture; we are all treated as leaders. You learn a lot, and you learn it quickly. Tons of resources to draw from, and for the most part, everyone just wants to help everyone else. Really live by the leadership principles; it's not just a gimmick. Extremely rewarding job, not just monetarily, but also in the relationships and skills you build.
Work will often take more than 8 hours a day to complete. There is a strong possibility that you'll require weekend/off hours to stay productive. You're encouraged to set time aside for professional development, but that is not reflected in the workload you're given, so often times your professional development will come during off hours. Often times it may feel like you're being "thrown to the wolves," but it is important to remember that there are tons of resources (including your managers) that are willing to help if you need it.
Continue to put yourselves in your employees' shoes and be more empathetic towards what their life out of work might be like.
