Process
I applied through a referral from a colleague.
I then received an invite to an interview where they asked me about Leadership Principles and tested me on SQL using their Amazon Chime text editor.
I was able to land a panel interview, but there was a lot of back and forth between myself and HR on scheduling.
The panel interview included five different sessions over the course of six hours. Many of these were focused on technical questions rather than Leadership Principles.
