From the beginning, I really felt the interviewer didn't want to be here.

They didn't even turn on their camera, despite it being a video call.

I tried asking questions to gather as much information as I could, but they didn't respond thoroughly to those either.

I thought I answered all their questions, but I couldn't tell because it was mostly me trying to engage in the conversation.

It felt like I was talking to a bot that just gave automated questions.

Cons: Backstabbing colleagues and managers only look out for themselves. They like to work engineers to death and not promote any of them. Nontechnical managers don't know what they are talking about and will fire you at any time, which is called the PIP system. Look it up. I lost years of health working there and will never go back – STAY AWAY.
