Compensation is average; people want to work there.
Backstabbing colleagues and managers only look out for themselves. They like to work engineers to death and not promote any of them.
Nontechnical managers don't know what they are talking about and will fire you at any time, which is called the PIP system. Look it up.
I lost years of health working there and will never go back – STAY AWAY.
