Pros: Opportunity to work on cutting-edge tech. Working alongside smart people is always exciting. There are a lot of good internal resources to help you grow.
Cons: Compensation is not the best compared to the amount of effort one puts in. The culture may not be great, and work prioritization is more promotion-driven than customer-obsessed. Long-timers get preference over the best performers on the team. Your managers may not appreciate you challenging anything they say, and that will surely damage your chances of promotion.
