An HR contact will reach out by mail if they are interested and will set a slot or placeholder for a Teams interview. They will send you the Amazon Values in advance, as they want you to provide examples of how you have applied these values throughout your career.
The HR representative can be very cold during the interview. They might not use their webcam and may ask random questions about the Amazon Values you mentioned or data/numbers related to your performance in previous or current jobs (KPIs, $ saved/invested, etc.). They may jump from topic to topic without a precise thread.
