Process
Online test (Useless), followed by a telephonic interview round, and then 5 rounds of a loop interview process. They will use Amazon Leadership Principles to assess you, but they may not be interested in your recent learning experience or the preparation you are doing to meet your career goals.
Questions
The first round is purely a technical round. They will ask about different AWS services you know or your past experience working in a Solution Architect role, and how you designed the overall solution.
During the Loop interview, they will judge you based on your past performance. I find that approach useless because in the past, we may not have done great work, but it does not mean we will not perform well in the future based on our past.
They will formulate questions based on their leadership principles, but they will not give you any human touch or expression, which can make you feel they are not interested in your skills.
