Pros: Huge company, and growing really fast. There is some global culture defined heavily by the leadership principles. However, team culture can vary from organization to organization.

Cons: As a Software Dev, you will often be responsible for much more, such as operations, quality assurance, deployments, designing, writing code, and contributing to product requirements. If you don't like going out of your comfort zone, this company is not for you.
