I recently completed a technical front-end assessment, followed by a one-hour phone interview that included three behavioral questions and a technical coding challenge.
Although the coding challenge was somewhat challenging, I believe I performed well, and the interviewer seemed positive.
However, despite my efforts, I received an email stating: ‘After careful consideration, we have decided not to progress with your application to the next steps. While we cannot provide additional feedback or details about this decision, we appreciate your time in our recruitment process.’
Unfortunately, the response lacked any constructive feedback, which makes it challenging to identify areas for improvement.
