Amazon Work Experiences

Good company, good pay

Frontend Engineer • Current Employee

Edinburgh, Scotland, United Kingdom

Pros: Working culture is very professional. I've heard that teams in the US can have bad managers and disloyal teammates, but I've never experienced that in the UK.

Cons: The office is very ok-ish. There can be quite a lot of back and forth in meetings about very low-impact topics. This, from someone coming from a faster-paced company, might be a shock.
