Simple online application.
Followed by two online assessments.
The first assessment was coding. It had a 70-minute time limit, but the two questions were relatively easy. You could pick your own language and run test cases. You could see the results of the actual tests as well, but some of them were hidden, so you could only see the result and not the input. However, the questions were manageable within the timeframe.
The second online assessment was a workday simulation. You received emails and Teams messages, and it asked multiple-choice questions throughout. Nothing was too difficult. Then, it asked personality questions. This part took about an hour.
Then, I was invited to interview. There were two 1-hour interviews back-to-back with software developers. They provide a lot of information online about how these interviews go, and it is entirely accurate.
The first part of the interview consisted of competency questions based on their leadership principles, so they asked me to tell them about a time I did something. It's best to follow the STAR method.
The second part was technical. They gave me a question, and I could write code for it. They expected me to ask questions and explain my thinking as I went. The questions were not too difficult, and if you prepare by doing LeetCode, HackerRank, or just looking them up online, you'll likely have seen the questions before.
Tell me about a time you made a short-term sacrifice for a long-term benefit.
Tell me about a time you weren’t able to deliver results on time.
