Pros: The only pro was you were able to work remotely, but they are taking that away at the end of April.

Cons: Micromanage every second of your day-to-day.

Pros: Some of the people you work with there are great. Some of the managers are personable.

Cons: You are at the bottom of the feeding chain. You WILL be micromanaged. You WILL be monitored and controlled a lot. They will make new, mundane policies to make your position miserable. These decisions make no real impact on the work you do, but only to make your life more difficult. Example: WFH during the pandemic was great. As soon as the pandemic was "over," they wanted people back in the office with NO option to stay remote. Why? It worked for two years; why not give your employees the option?

Pros: Will help you develop strong professional practices. Their leadership principles do apply across industries. Depending on your manager, the culture can actually be somewhat tolerable.

Cons: Very easy to get lost in the shuffle. Not many career growth opportunities. Content of work can be dull, and the work is so niche it's difficult to translate skills to other potential job opportunities.
