Process
I applied through a recruiter.
TCP/UDP, OSPF, BGP, scripting related questions were asked, basic networking questions as well. More rounds I'll give let's see how it goes.
Whatever you have written on resume must be well prepared as they will dig deep into whatever you have mentioned.

Challenging but rewarding
Nde Engineer • Current Employee

Pros: Supportive environment that puts onus on People Leaders rather than employees.
Very high job ceiling. You could spend your entire career here.
All engineers have a high level of technical skill. Good for peers and not too many being carried by others.
Cons: High bar. This will keep you on your toes. Sometimes communication is siloed. For such a large company, I'm surprised it's not worse. People who have spent time in Ops appear to have a considerable amount of trauma. But the best are really outstanding.
