QA Manager Interview Experience - London, United Kingdom

March 1, 2022
Negative ExperienceNo Offer

Process

First round - 45 mins

The process went as follows:

  1. The interviewer joined.
  2. The interviewer did not introduce himself nor did he allow me to.
  3. The interview started. The interviewer stated that I had to answer to the point and not try to "goof up." (Candidates may get scared when you hear that :))
  4. Five to six scenario-based questions were asked one after the other, as if he had a checklist he had to complete.
  5. I was allowed some time to ask if there were any doubts.
  6. After two days, an email came stating that I had been rejected :(

I have no idea about the evaluation or what went wrong. Maybe I had the abilities but didn't fit in their principles.

Questions

Scenario-based questions were asked to check how you handled situations versus your values.
