Pros: - Good coworkers who are decent to work with, and some can even become friends.
- For me, the health/retirement benefits were decent and provide worker's comp if injured.
- The time off request system was easy to use.
- Some PPE is provided at no extra cost.
Cons: - I felt like the inventory quotas management expected were unnecessary and couldn't always be met.
- Physical labor can wear you down after a while.
- You have to be careful not to get injured. For a woman, sometimes bins or boxes can be heavy to carry on your own, and it's inconvenient to ask for help that much.
- When one facility shut down, I had to travel farther away to another one I transferred to, which really ate my gas.
