Process
Just completed the Amazon OA.
There was one medium question and one hard question.
I passed the OA and received feedback in one week, moving to the next stage.
Both questions can be found on LC discussion.

Great team members and dynamic environment
Sr. Solution Architect • Current Employee
Remote
December 12, 2022
Pros: All team members are willing to help you out.
There's an abundance of helpful information (almost too much sometimes!).
An environment that allows you to pursue your own goals within the company.
Established processes for career growth.
Cons: Currently, Amazon is having layoffs, as are all other big tech companies it seems, which is a bit unnerving to hear about. My team has not been impacted though.
