I was first contacted by a recruiter through LinkedIn for this position, followed by a phone screening.
I thought the second round would be a behavioral interview, but instead it was a technical interview. I could not understand the interviewer, and they were late. The coordinator supplied materials ahead of the interview, but they were only relevant for behavioral interviews. My interviewer showed up late, and I was shorted 15 minutes in the interview, presumably due to unsatisfactory performance on the coding test. According to the interview materials, "Our interviews are rooted in behavioral-based questions.....We avoid brain teasers....", but they nevertheless administered a brain teaser (aka coding test).
