After applying online, you may wait a few weeks before a recruiter reaches out to you. During the recruiter call we discuss your background, job alignment, and your motivation to work for Amazon. Once you clear this, you answer some online assessment regarding your behavior, thinking, and ethics. Next comes the hiring manager phone screen. You spend 15 minutes on behavioral questions relating to an Amazon Leadership Principle. Then you spend the next 45 minutes on 2 coding questions. Unfortunately, I didn't pass the pre-screening, so I am unable to comment on the rest of the process.
