I completed a full round of interviews, four in total. Half were absolutely horrible. The candidates were obnoxious, rude, and full of themselves. They poorly and incorrectly explained optimal solutions to programming problems and interrupted me when I was discussing my own solutions. I was turned down for the role, as I assume they gave me a poor review because I tried to explain things to them that they themselves were not grasping.
The program they use for the system design interview is also a joke. For a tech company, they should have better software available so one can create a clear picture for the interviewer and adjust things professionally, instead of having to scribble like a five-year-old with a mouse.
They also have every interviewer ask behavioral questions, which only gives half the time for the technical assessment in each interview. This is horrible, considering the pressure one is already under to produce a near-perfect working solution with no resources.
