The interview day consisted of three main parts:
Group Exercise We were divided into two groups of six people each. We were given a prompt to discuss within our groups and then present our conclusions at the end of the allotted time. It was recommended that we demonstrate collaboration and leadership skills.
Personal Interview Next, each of us had a call with a recruiter. We were asked three main competency-related questions (note: not technical). We had to answer these questions and any follow-up questions about the topics discussed, including difficulties faced and the skills required.
Presentation Finally, we presented a pre-prepared presentation to a different recruiter. After the presentation, the recruiter asked questions about the topic discussed, including skills learned and their usefulness for our future careers.
For the presentation part of the interview, the prompt given in advance to talk about was:
"Tell us something new you learned recently."
