Amazing Growth Opportunity
Software Developer • Current Employee
Cape Town, South Africa
October 14, 2020
Pros: Work with some of the smartest people on amazing problems. Teams are small but have a lot of autonomy. You really get a sense that feedback is heard regardless of levels or experience.
Cons: Sometimes the on-call can be busy, but weirdly enough, it creates a strong ownership culture within the team to learn from mistakes in a non-personal way. You can push back on feature asks to invest internally.
