First, there was an online test with two easy, standard questions. I was then contacted about being selected for an interview. During the interview round, I was asked two coding questions.

Q1) Given a vector of strings, group the strings which are anagrams.

Pros: I was able to work on projects that helped massively across organizations if I took the initiative to work on them.
Cons: Even as an intern, I had a churn of over 5 people in my immediate team. It seems like people don't stay here often.

Cons: Lack of innovation.
Slow to move, with a lot of artificial blockers.
Some really toxic, bad managers. Get away from them. (No WLB in a team means your manager sucks; there's surely better out there).
