Process

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks.

Online Assessment for around 3 hours:

  • Section A: 1 DSA problem (45 minutes) (medium to medium-hard)
  • Section B: Coding repository (AI-assisted). Solve bugs in the APIs to ensure all the 6 test cases pass
  • Section C: Email work-style simulation assessment. 3-4 different broad setups where you join a new team and are given emails from fellow teammates. Should rate how likely you would take an action for a given task. Took the longest time to solve, more than an hour
  • Section D: Survey. Given possibilities of scenarios or thought processes and should rate whether we align with that value most/more likely or not

Interview (4 rounds):

  1. Hiring Manager: Questions on AI and 1 DSA problem
  2. Bar raiser: Complete drill with behavioral questions on work experience
  3. Senior Engineer: Behavioral (30 mins) + a Topological Sort problem
  4. Another Senior Engineer: Behavioral + one Tries problem

Questions

Given a list of tasks, the time taken to complete each task, and the dependencies that the tasks have on each other with respect to completion, find the minimum time taken to complete all the tasks.
