Cons: 1. Management is toxic. 2. In Chennai, device-related orgs have so much favoritism and internal politics, with bias based on gender and racism. 3. They have a yearly URA quota, so they will target and put employees on a performance plan even within five months of joining the team. Some SDMs don't have technical knowledge of the project, but because of toxic management, employees get stuck with unfair performance improvement plans. 4. Good managers do exist, but at a very low percentage at Amazon.
