The interview process begins with an online assessment, featuring LeetCode questions and an Amazon work process simulation. The second round is a screening interview. If you pass this stage, you will proceed to a loop interview.
Unfortunately, I did not pass the one-on-one screening interview, but I will not give up.
During the 1-on-1 screening interview, most questions focused on my past experience. You had to answer using the STAR method, binding Amazon principles to it.
The technical question during the 1-on-1 screening was about sorting products. For instance, given an input of products (you could define the input type), such as product name, product category, category score, and user score, you needed to sort the products according to category score + user score.
Note that categories and product names might overlap. For example, you could have Nike shoes in the "sports" category and also in the "walking" category, but it might be the same exact shoes.
