I don't see any, except the package and being a big company.
Stress, no innovation, just repeat and keep repeating. Toxic culture. Growth depends a lot on the team, but 99% of the time you will get stuck in some ops. In a nutshell, never go to AWS unless you have absolutely no other choice.
AWS is doing great and will probably continue to go great, but for how long that is debatable if the company culture stayed the same. Get rid of toxic and stressful seniors and managers, full stop.
