Pros: - Nice project.
- Good mentorship.
- Clear expectations from manager.
- Supportive team.
- Good compensation for the intern program.
Cons: - Cannot choose team and location for intern program.
- Standard return offer as New Grad: you won't get a better package for better performance; it's the same package for a BS degree and an MS degree.
- Return to the intern team if there is a headcount (which is great). However, if there's no headcount, you'll be assigned to another team. You cannot choose the team. Location preference will be considered.
