Cons

  • Cannot choose team and location for intern program.

  • Standard return offer as New Grad: you won't get a better package for better performance; it's the same package for a BS degree and an MS degree.

  • Return to the intern team if there is a headcount (which is great). However, if there's no headcount, you'll be assigned to another team. You cannot choose the team. Location preference will be considered.
