Where does my virtual interview take place?
Amazon Chime. You are welcome to interview from the physical location of your choice.
How long will the interview be?
You will participate in three 45-minute interviews with a 15-minute break after each interview (2 hours 45 minutes total).
What is the interview format?
Once you log on to Amazon Chime (five minutes prior to the interview timeslot), you will remain on the same conference bridge for the duration of your interviews. Interviewers will dial in at the start of each interview. Interviews consist of behavioral questions. We recommend familiarizing yourself with the Amazon Leadership Principles as you prepare for your interviews. What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
If you fail to attend your interview without prior notice, we will withdraw your application. We are not able to accommodate requests for rescheduling outside of extenuating circumstances. In the event that you cannot keep this timeslot, we cannot guarantee that we can provide additional interview availability. Any schedule changes you wish to make must be made directly with the coordinating team via email at least 72 hours in advance of your interview. This is a professional courtesy, offering our team the opportunity to schedule other interested candidates for your interview time slot.
