Pros: Get a chance to work with the best of the best.
Get a chance to work on real core tech which is scaled for millions of users.
Cons: Not interested in teaching you anything.
Always push you to learn everything from yourself. For a college graduate, it's impossible to understand the LLD and HLD used in the system by just reading.
No KT is given to make you understand HLD. Basic KT is given for 1-2 hours, and you are expected to understand a billion-dollar system which is scaled for millions of users.
It's a big NO for fresh graduates. Join only Amazon when you have proper experience of 2-3 years at SDE-2 level and then enjoy your time there.
